Since this is a hotel that people are expecting to stay in for a longer period of time than just one night, I think I was in a room that someone was in for many nights. There was a smell in the room that I could only describe as unwashed hair. It was a little cold when I arrive so upon turning on the heat I discovered another smell that was equally as bad emanating from the unit. I booked the room last minute. Check in was so easy the 2 ladies at check in were so so nice. I didnt get their names but they were so helpful

This property should not be listed with a free breakfast as it is misleading. It is a grab-and-go with very few options. Our room had very poor ventilation. The bathroom fan did not work at all. Also, the HVAC system did not have an option to just run the fan to circulate the air. Considering this room was designed to cook food on the stovetop, I would think ventilation would have been a much larger consideration in the design. On a positive note, the staff were great and showed that they really cared about their guests.
