Clean Excellent staff: Kind and professional The room is actually a suite! There are quite a few hotels that call their rooms suites but not really! Not like Hyatt Place. Hyatt Place is one of the best!

Seemed like they take the Covid precautions seriously, which is all I can ask for. Room was very spacious and clean.

It seemed like a nicely cared for hotel. Their customer service and amenities were seriously lacking due to Covid 19. The employees built a barricade around the front desk and look at you in horror when you come in. The rooms have no toiletries, bags in the trash cans, cups, irons/ironing boards, blow dryers etc....all which you would normally expect. No maid service was offered for a 3 night stay. Anything you wanted you had to go ask the terrified front staff...even the complimentary bag breakfast was hidden away.

As explained in my welcome letter everything is available upon request, which enables us to sanitize all amenities for you.
