It seemed like a nicely cared for hotel. Their customer service and amenities were seriously lacking due to Covid 19. The employees built a barricade around the front desk and look at you in horror when you come in. The rooms have no toiletries, bags in the trash cans, cups, irons/ironing boards, blow dryers etc....all which you would normally expect. No maid service was offered for a 3 night stay. Anything you wanted you had to go ask the terrified front staff...even the complimentary bag breakfast was hidden away.

While we navigate this new normal we are attempting to follow all local and CDC guidelines and the removal of amenities from the room is for the protection of you our guests. As explained in my welcome letter everything is available upon request, which enables us to sanitize all amenities for you.
The COVID story is an issue. Room was very comfortable , bed excellent . Staff was very accommodating. HOtel was very well located . Not sure why they cannot put soap and plastic water cups in room . Free coffee in morning was good . Could not stand in lobby and drink it.

Elevator needed a little work sometimes it would not run. If you waited a few minutes it would start up again.

A sincere thank you to the skeleton staff at the Hyatt at a trying time with Covid19 precautions making everyone’s life difficult. They were very kind and helpful with advice on take out meal availability with all restaurants in the area closed. Our room was spotless and the hotel was obviously taking its extra sanitizing responsibilities very seriously. Well done.
