The rooms floors were dirty, hair in the shower. They need to steam clean and carper

It was a basic adequate hotel. For us the beds were too firm and not comfortable. Othrwise everything was clean. The only ice machine was on the 5th floor, which was very inconvenient and annoying.

Loved it. My family and I had a blast. They used the pool and had tones of fun. We called for towels at the pool and they came fast and everything was clean.

Check in is at 3. We drove 500 miles and get there at 2:15. $30 charge for early arrival?? Place is way understaffed. Small bathrooms., would not recommend
