I didn’t like the fact that there was a cockroach in the room. It appeared really clean until we woke up and my fiancé killed a cockroach.

Had AC issues at home so we decided to cool down for a few days at this hotel. It is a new building, so it was very clean. The room was nice. We enjoyed their AC and appreciated the fact that our pets were allowed to stay with us. There are only a few items that I need to mention that were problems. 1. The size of the soap and shampoo in the rooms were ridiculous. 2. Phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk on my cell phone to tell them and they did nothing about it. 3.
