Good location for attending nearby events and using the tram to go places. Only the deteriorating neighborhood and dirty streets ruin the location. Room is average. Breakfast is poor even for free. Overall not exceptional.

Staff was friendly. Laminate flooring has been installed in the room, which I thought nice they'll be clean. I was wrong the floors were slightly sticky and very dirty, quickly turning bare feet black. The laminate also created an echo between the adjoining room and also the main entrance. The gap under the doors were quite large and noise could be cut down if those gaps were closed. Lastly the area around the hotel has a very large homeless community.

I love this hotel but the water Pressure sucks and there was a crack in the tub. Besides that I enjoyed it. Very clean too

Went there to drop my son off to University of Portland. Location is close the the school with Wallmart and target near buy .. staff was nice and friendly rooms were large and clean. The only thing is I been to this area of Portland before an never saw so much homeless people around the area.

convenient Great access from I-5. 1 fast food, 1 restaurant nearby. Many abandoned businesses, but the hotel operated as normal, covid restrictions regarding breakfast amenities. Staff took care of us, room needed repairs. nice accessible roll in shower, tho the bed was extremely firm. We slept well & peacebly.
