Everything was good, one receptionist and i do mean just one almost ruined it for me but everything turned out great

Not Happy! The stay was just so-so. It's a new Best Western and I just expected better. Bagged breakfast was awful! Eggs were runny and sausages over cooked. The colors in the bathroom were dark and not well lit for any lady who wanted to wear makeup or just fix their hair! I've stayed in cheaper places that were better than this. At least they were light and airy not dark and depressing.

Turn in at Elmers restaurant. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Quiet room. It is behind Shari's and Elmer restaurant. Sign is hard to see from the road

They were doing the best they could due to low staffing from COVID. Our rooms weren’t ready on time so they up graded one of them. They weren’t next to each other like we requested. The rooms were mainly clean but both had a lot of mystery stains on the carpet. The elevator’s lights were broken and it was a pretty jumpy elevator so we used the stairs the rest of the time. Breakfast was limited which is understandable due to COVID. The bed was comfortable but could’ve used more blankets and pillows.

Carpet looked like a murder scene. Barking dog in next room at 5 am. Breakfast was scant

We checked into our room at 4 pm. There were about 20 people hanging out throughout the parking lot. I dont think they were staying at the hotel, I think they were just loitering. When we returned in the evening the same people were there and there were no places to park. It was so loud and chaotic and not at all what we were expecting.
