Best inn in Portland Iced coffee and fresh chocolate chip cookies in lobby made my day! --after many hours of driving. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, helpful desk agent who offered me an extra hour of sleep...this inn rocks.

Excellent hotel newly renovated. Staff was a bit brisk compared to past visits. Ice machines off on 2 floors made it inconvenient. Food was great!

This hotel looks a little run-down but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. It isn't by any major attraction within walking distance but there are a few restaurants very close by.

We would love to hear some of the issues witht he hotel and the room. I do not like hearing that it looks run down and want to fix all issues ASAP. If you are able to contact the general manager I would love to resolve the issues

Perfect place as we passed through Portland We were just passing through Portland. The room was cool and quiet. The desk helped with evening plans. I couldn't ask for a better stay.
