I liked the complimentary breakfast in the morning and that the rooms were so spacious, but there was no exercise area which was disappointing. Overall my stay was very pleasurable

Dark and annoying Pros: staff was very pleasant, room was good size Cons: Did not like the lighting in our room. Poorly lit bathroom with a weak shower. The bathroom had no ventilation. Bathroom light was on an annoying ticking timer. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold even with adjusting dial. Beds were hard. Breakfast was ok at best. Eggs were not fresh :( The plastic utencils for breakfast were cheap.

Decent, clean rooms with good amenities: coffee, kitchen sink, microwave, refrigerator, good functioning AC, spacious room, guest laundry. Excellent breakfast inclusive in room price too. Parking was ample and also included in the price of the room. If you are visiting Portland for downtown business, this property is very close to downtown, and way easier to use and navigate than downtown hotels. A great value for the service and amenities and proximity to downtown Portland at a very good price.
