Elevator was down. Stairwell was muddy. Everything else was great!

Good value for Pueblo, Colorado Pretty new hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff. Grab and go breakfast was provided. I had yogurt and my husband had a muffin and a mandarin orange. Excellent place to stay in Pueblo.

Elevator was broken, and drinks vending machine also. Front staff was great and got.us some waters.

It was clean and comfortable. We were there 3days and noone came in cleaned room or brought towels. Mabey its different with extended stay. Other than that it was great.

Thank you so much for your review. For cleaning, we offer 1x week room cleaning. You can come and change your towels and linens daily at the desk. This is an extended stay feature to allow privacy to our guests. We hope to see you the next time you are in town.
