Comfortable & Clean Room Check in was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It was a little noisy from being next to I-405 but no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept very well. I had never stayed at an Extended Stay America hotel before, but it was a very good experience, and I will definitely consider staying at one of their hotels again.
Not set up for an extended stay As an Extended Stay hotel, it was not set up for an extended experience. Four adults in a two double bed room was allotted 4-bath towels, 2-hand towels, 2-wash cloths. No dishes, utensils, or coffee maker in room. No paper towels or napkins. Can only get new towels when you turn in dirty towels. There is not an ice machine in this hotel. No coffee in lobby.

Was disappointed that site said breakfast included but the opinions were limited to granola bars, coffee, boiled eggs, yogurt, nutri grain bars and small muffins as opposed to eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, waffles, pancakes and juice. However, my stay was quiet and clean. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Safety concern: when checking out, other room keys were left on reception desk w no receptionist or greeter there at the time. That makes for a potentially dangerous situation. Thank you
