It is OK, but the front desk staff tend to be "inside" most of the time, and when they come out they sometimes appear irritated and not willing to help.

The room is not very clean, and we didn't get any cleaning service for the entire 3 days we stayed there. The parking was not easy as well, as they apparently share the parking lot with the shop next door. We had to look for parking. No pots and pans in the kitchen as well, so we were not able to make any simple food in the room.

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was clean the room was also. They have a to go breakfast which was basically just bars ,yogurt and coffee. Set up on a small table right in the lobby . Wish they would have had an actual room to sit and eat breakfast . Also parking was a bit of a hassle because we showed up after being in town around 10:30pm and all the parking was taken . Disappointed The room itself was nice, roomy and clean. Clerk was very nice but there was a line and she was alone. VERY inconvenient that there was no coffeepot in the room. There was a stove but nothing to cook with which made it seem bare. I didn't pay for a kitchenette, so not a big deal, but it felt like a tease. If you loose your keys check the chair, it ate ours, lol but no difficulty retrieving them. Wasn't impressed enough to stay again but I might give this chain another try if the price is right. Mini stovetop, full fridge/freezer, microwave provided. Disappointed that a coffeemaker was not provided in the room as well as minimal toiletries. Continental breakfast could be improved as it was a very scant offering of mini yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and coffee was watery and lukewarm.
