Jackee at front desk was awesome
Not too great! When we first arrived, they couldn’t find our reservation, told me to call Hotels.com.. only to find out they had checked me in and charged my card for someone else to be in my room.. Jackie was great and took care of it but we were out in a handicap room which has no room for my products. We packed up and left our first thing./ hoping our hotel in lake Mary is much better!
Short stay The room was very clean and the service was very good. No complaints there. The only issue is that there was some kind of loud banging going on below us. I'm not sure if it was people in the weight room. Or some kind of mechanical thing, but it was going on late into the night.
Check in was difficult.
Close to the casino but no amenities.
Very nice lady at the front desk. Always helpful to all customers. The place was pretty clean.
