Average, pick another. The room really did not smell good. I was really let down by the fact they did not have breakfast. Only a few grab and go granola bars. The crowd was not the best as many people were living here and sleeping outside in their cars. I only came for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens and definitely will not be returning.

Hotel impecable, se nota nuevo y bien mantenido, mas se necesita ayuda a la Srta. Del meson de atención al cliente, dejarla sola con tanta gente entrando y saliendo del hotel se complica tanto para ella como para los clientes, espero que dejen al menos a 2 personas para que los clientes no esperen tanto tiempo.

We really liked the convenience, cleanliness and that it allowed pets.

This place is great! Very clean and comfortable with a great location. Jackee was so helpful at the front desk….super friendly! We will be back the next time we visit Hard Rock casino.
