Jackee was so sweet and accommodating. It was such a pleasure checking in with her after a long drive. She is professional and kind and such an asset to this hotel!

Roaches We arrived back at our room after attending a concert to be greeted by roaches. I called the front desk and was told there were no other rooms available. They said they could try and find another room 20 minutes away. It's 11:30 pm, and the hotel was further out of our way. Not acceptable. Manager is not available and will not be in until after our departure.

Staff was very friendly. Jackee was so pleasant. The property is clean and well kept but a few of the power outlets didn’t work in our room, the telephone in both rooms weren’t working and the floors/walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything next to you and above you.
