Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was large. Kitchenette was convenient. Rolling table was the bomb!!!! Would be helpful to have a second table or desk, as we had a puzzle going on the rolling table and then no where to eat. Continental breakfast was simple but good, although ran out of muffins on a Thursday before delivery arrived Friday.

Great Work Retreat I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my stay was at Extended Stay America. The hotel is new and therefore the room was in excellent condition. The room was large and well-equipped for a business traveler. My only complaint would be hearing people above me stomping around all night. Otherwise, from the continuous fresh coffee available in the lobby to the nice desk and work area in the room, it was great! There is free wiFi and the location is very convenient and close to restaurants and a movie theater.

It’s taken me awhile to write this review however this stay was amazing! It was in the perfect location, still close to my parents place but still close to dwntwn Tampa, which I love. The staff was amazing, especially with our pup. The have an excellent area for dogs as well as provide poop bags for the dogs, which is great! I saw many dogs during my stay, maybe the location would benefit from a dog walking service or a doggy day care if someone would like to explore FL for a day.

Oatmeal bars and tepid coffee is not my idea of breakfast. It is in fact the absolute minimum served as to be categorized as a free breakfast amenity.
