Clean and Friendly It was very obvious that this was a new hotel. It still looked and smelled new and clean. It was a little more basic than I expected for the price. The staff was friendly. Overall, good if you're not looking for bells and whistles.

THE BEST HOTEL IN TITUSVILLE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME, LETTING ME CHECK IN EARLY ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL.THE ROOM WAS WAS LIKE A CLEAN COMFORTABLE APARTMENT, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND IN WORKING ORDER. THERE ARE 9 HOTELS IN A 1 MILE AND THIS IS THE BEST AND ITS PRICED LOWER THAN ITS REAL VALUE

Room was great but no coffee, cream or sugar. They offer me coffee maker without any of those. And there was no toiletries in the front desk

Easy access to I-95 hwy and plenty of places to eat around specially an IHOP 24 hours open and a Steak House restaurant next to the hotel. Hotel was very clean and is Pet friendly. I would not hesitated to stay in this hotel again. Very nice facility.
