My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! I was here for about 2–3 weeks and every day I was met with kindness, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The staff is truly what makes this place special. Melba was always so sweet and welcoming — her smile and positive attitude brightened my mornings. Adrienne, the manager, runs a fantastic team. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff at check-in and check-out were very nice and welcoming, which made the process smooth and easy. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere. However, I did notice that the parking garage and the escalator areas had a strong smell of weed throughout my stay. This took away from the otherwise pleasant experience. I hope this can be addressed to improve the environment for all guests.
