The place is decent, we can't say anything about the breakfast since we ate out. Upon entering the room, the AC was at 65 which is too cold for us. The room felt muggy and damp even with the AC left on at 70 and had a smell of mildew. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it off. I looked at the tissue. It was dirty, which means the floors aren't cleaned well. The TV was dusty and the mirror had streaks, which is usually due to a dirty wipe/cloth.

The Best Staff Member Who Genuinely Care! The highlight of my stay at this Extended Stay America Suites Columbus Polaris is the entire staff’s professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness, and actions that demonstrate “caring” for others. This attribute for this hotel is outstanding. To name a few staff members: Amy (front desk), Joseph (maintenance), Brandi (days front desk). I don’t have all the names, but overall the actions by the staff caused me to stay longer. Thank you!

Not great. I had to change rooms within 15 minutes of getting there and unpacking. The TV wasn't working. No phone in the room so I had to go to the front desk to tell them about the TV.
