Checked in around 5. Got room keys and dropped bag off in room. Got back around 11 and there was no record of me checking in and my bag was removed from the room. Error on their part. They were sold out but tried to set me up with a room that hadnt been cleaned. At midnight i went up and helped clean the room and change the sheets. I am booking another night for this Thursday. Please review and verify with the hotel if needed amd would think a comp of this stay is appropriate.

Don’t count on breakfast They should not advertise breakfast. Prepackaged muffins and multigrain bars may be a snack but are not breakfast. No fruit or anything else except coffee. We had spiders in sink and bathtub. Refrig kept freezing food. Staff was very nice. Convenient location.

The beds were fine. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, and no phone. Not even a phone number on the wall. I googled the hotel to call for toilet paper. The room and especially the bathroom smelled like smoke.

Decent enough place but heating unit was messed up in our room. Staff was nice.
