Service workers were wonderful and efficient. The property unfortunately wasn’t what we expected. It smelled heavily of cigarettes and air fresheners and I ran into two cockroaches during my stay. The laundry was not available for guests but front desk staff were helpful and would wash hotel linens if requested. Many guests seemed to live on the property itself, and they were friendly as well. Would stay again. Check in was a breeze. Friendly customer service. Room was warm when we came in, but quickly lowered in temp once air was turned on. New seemingly hotel or rehab. Nicely spaced room. Nice bathroom. Nice kitchenette area that we didn’t use. Good black out blind. Quick elevator. No TP was in the room, but front desk quickly came up with a roll.
