Great customer service. Clean
Attendant Jessica accommodated our family in a nice spacious room and we had a relaxed stay.
Good place to stay in Kenner. Room was clean, service was friendly. Good diner right out front and a pub and Sonic nearby.

It wasn't bad experience. People working there are friendly and helpful.
I liked that i was immediately greeted when I walked into the lobby to check in. The woman behind the desk was cracking fun jokes and making my Fiancée and I feel welcome right away. Check in went flawlessly, and our room was waiting on us in a very clean state. Quite spacious for the small room that we had. Very nice bathroom and shower with a full mirror and almost therapeutic shower head. Plenty of towels had been provided. Comfortable bed, with 3 pillows. (Ask for more). Dawn warmly welcomed us and made sure our stay was comfortable. If I lived locally, I would recruit her for a banking career with our company! Her customer service skills are top notch.
