Room 358 outside door handle was loose. Had dirty towels. Walls looked dirty. Area was a little ghetto with sketchy people who probably lived there.
This is a comfortable safe place to stay before a air line flight out of Austin, Texas. No problem with room or check in. The only problem was I reserved a king bedroom and they rented it to someone else. I had to take a room with queen bed. First time this has ever happened when I reserved a room. By the time I got to the hotel, all king bedrooms were rented.
Nice hotel. Great staff.

You are over booking this hotel I stay there when I'm in town teaching motorcycle classes. I booked my room about 8or 9 days in advance and when I was on the way there they called and said i had booked a double room but they didn't have one so they asked if I was ok with a single and a roll away bed. I was fine with that but then we got there 45 minutes later and they were having issues because they was over booked. They hot us a room but we had to go eat and do some other things to pass time.
