stayed at the hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional attitude. Check-in was smooth and quick, which I really appreciated after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the studio room with mini kitchenette. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk gal saw that my husband left his phone case/wallet in a lobby chair he was sitting in. She picked it up and immediately called us to let us know as we had already left the hotel on our way to dinner. She remembered us! So nice to see there are still people with honesty and integrity! We'll absolutely stay here again!!

I only stayed for one night, but everything was great! I was traveling to Chicago, but didn’t want to stay directly in the city. The only “issue” (if you even want to call it an issue) that they say there’s a complimentary breakfast, but it is just a cart with nutrigrain bars, muffins, and coffee. I was fine with that because I’m typically a late riser with my second shift work schedule (I’m use to going out and getting breakfast/lunch anyways). The room was clean! I loved the staff!
