friendly staff, clean facility, good value. Convenient location near Medical City Dallas Hospitial. Neighborhood was a little unsafe

Amazing and comfortable My day was amazing. Amanda made me feel very welcomed and safe here. It was very clean comfortable I would definitely stay here again!
It was not pleasant Luggage carts are disgusting. The person checking me in smelled bad, had yellow hands and beard from smoking so much! Most of the staff was outside all the time smoking!!! Floors were sticky everywhere!!
No tv remote, room smelled weird
