Friendly A-++ I always have to go early & always Staff always allowed early checking.. very friendly , once I wanted something to eat they gave me a muffin and bars at 2:30pm which they offer for breakfast!

When request extra blanket and towel the receptionist ask for me to come and get them to the reception but in a rude way.
No housekeeping during two night stay. Three requests for a pillow. Quick response to request for hairdryer. Staff efficient but not too welcoming friendly
