Staff unfriendly at check-in, hotel grounds not well maintained, the interior of the hotel was outdated and the hallway had an unpleasant smell.

There was nobody at the counter during check in at 4pm. I had to wait for 10-15 mins as the only person there was away from the desk helping somebody in their room. But, when I returned at night at 11pm there were 2 people. The halls had a very strong smell of marijuana.
