Perfect hotel stay! Almost ideal: clean room w/kitchen, fridge, desk, sofa & very comfortable bed. The friendly manager asked about my stay: told him it was perfect & I'll stay at Extended Stay America again. Staff were smiling, friendly & courteous. Excellent hotel for price I have stayed here 3 times in the past 2 months to be near Bryant University. The rooms near Smithfield are overpriced. This is not a luxury hotel....but it is pleasant and safe. There is a minimal amount of staff on duty. You must go to front desk if you need extra towels. But i do not think that is a huge inconvenience. The rooms are comfortable and have a kitchenette, sofa area and a queen bed. The hotel is clean, safe and near many food establishments and stores. Was better than I thought. Room was a little old. Bed was comfortable. Had 2 people sleeping on the sofa bed. There were no sheets for it in the room so we had to go to the desk at bedtime to try to round some up. There is a sliding door on the bathroom that didn't shut tight. Made it seem not as private. Had to use a room key to access the hotel's doors but we had problems not being able to get in the front door! Called on the house phone for desk person but no one came.
