East Greenwich Our room was small but clean. It had a kitchen all though we did not need it. I would have prefer a sitting area with the sofa. No flat screen TV. The staff were great. We got a fold out bed when we needed it. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great. I would recommend this hotel for a night or two. It would be better if the rooms were larger. but overall no complaints.
Good value An excellent choice for what I paid
We came to do things in the Newport coastal area which is beautiful. There is a lot of shopping nearby if you need also.
I would recommend this hotel, we had a little problem with the room in the beginning but it was resolved in a timely manner.
Newport Jazz Festival Stayed here as an alternate to expensive Newport and it was well worth it. Hotel is convenient to highway and lots of local shops around. Room is very clean (except for spotty carpet) and fresh with small kitchenette. Towels and sheets were also fresh. No frills to speak of however (mini bar). For value for money customers, this property is hard to beat. Would highly recommend to others.
Convenient location, a bit noisy AC machine We were traveling from NY to Newport. This hotel sits in a convenient location at the junction of I-95 and route 4, the final route to Newport. I like the hotel configuration and the kitchen, but the AC machine is somewhat noisy, but that's not a unique problem to this hotel only. Has a kitchen in the rooms we stay, but the hotel does not serve breakfast Tip: buy grocery at the local mall just 0.5 miles away and bring them back to make your own breakfast. Great place to stay, pretty close to the airport Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room, nice grounds... what more could you want?
