Cleanliness, friendly and accomodating staff, home away from home
Room was dirty - hair everywhere and I could see dirty foot marks on the wall.
I booked a double bed weeks ago and on day check received call that only available was 1 bed or to cancel. Couldn't cancel would still been charged by hotels.com. So accept the 1 bed and was worse night ever. Bed wasn't comfortable and we heard the other rooms all night.
