Would not recommend A/C not working and staff said “I don’t know...” several times when I contacted front desk about it. Hair in tub and sink. Phone buttons pried off. Very loud neighbors, people smoking pot in parking lot near lobby, only small packaged muffins and granola bars offered for breakfast. Hallways and elevator were in need of a good vacuuming. Beds are comfy but small. Linens were clean.

Quick stay::::::luckily The staff, what ever there was of one was awful. Felt like I was renting by the hour. Signed a no smoking agreement just to get to a room that has obviously been smoked in more then once, AND AS FAR AS FEELING SAFE:———-THATS A HARD NO. Plenty better in the area. Avoid.

Too much for what you get The room was ok, however there was none of the amenities that I find at other hotels. There were no dishes of any kind, no coffee maker and no silverware. In addition the WiFi was clunky and I wound up having to use my hotspot on my cell phone.

Lugar viejo y descuidado. El hotel está muy lejos de todo (aeropuerto, ciudad, centros turísticos, etc.). Las instalaciones son muy viejas y en muy malas condiciones. Una mala experiencia.

Dirty! 1. The elevator smelled like garbage 2. The hallway carpets smelled like mildew and mold. 3. The "breakfast included" was a coffee bar and granola bars. (falsely advertised) 4. The thermostat in the room was broken and remained hot the entire stay. Overall an unpleasant stay.

Sucio, descuidado y viejo. Muy descuidado, necesita una renovación total; las alfombras muy sucias y las toallas muy viejas.

Ok Upin arrival the room smelled like smoke. (No smoking room.) There is NO ice machine at the hotel so bring ice if staying one night only (ice tray in freezer is empty.) The room had a TV but we could not find a remote... the front desk was helpful & brought up a remote.

My room was given away! When I arrived on my birthday! After driving there! ! I was advised the room is not available the hotel was over sold! I then had to drive back home and cancel what I I thought I was to do for my birthday! This is very upsetting plus it was after I received a e-mail staring I was already checked into my room! This has ruined my birthday!

Rude Clerk was terrible!! No help with getting a cab! No list of local restaurants in room!! No pen no paper!! When asked for it she was rude and acted like I was bothering her!! Just down right horrible service!! I will never stay there again!!
