Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Many people were smoking in outside, in rooms, and in stairway. Kitchen floor was sticky and room smelled bad.

Just what I expected from Extended Stay America. Friendly staff, clean spacious room, adequate kitchen. Three pillows: one soft, one firm, one feather. Pillow top mattress in perfect condition. I don't like housekeeping invading the privacy of my space, so since they only come in once per week, that's just what I like.

Had to change rooms and it was very noisy

This hotel was not in the best condition but it was clean and everything worked. The price was so much cheaper than any other place around so definitely worth staying there.

lots of smokers hanging around the back door with it cracked open

Make sure your ac works when u get into the room. Heater didn’t work it was freezing and the office was locked and no one will answer.
