Visiting Salt Lake City Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and a convenient location to the center of Salt Lake City. There were plenty of food choices close by. Service stations were also convenient. However, this is a suite with a kitchen. But everything you need to take advantage of that requires you to check these things at the desk...e.g. toasters, glassware, dishes, utensils...including glassware for bathroom. Never could get the free wifi to work

Enjoyable My only question was their idea of a take and go continental breakfast. Thought it could be a little bit better than granola bar, oatmeal packets and muffins, Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Staff was definitely the best part. Very eager to meet your needs.

Adequate, but much better value elsewhere It's called Extended Stay, and I get that, but I was there 4 nights and not once was my room serviced. I knew that it wouldn't be, as I was told that wasn't part of the service, but after 4 days without a bed change or fresh towels, it felt a bit odd. Upon arrival, my room smelled as if someone had been smoking in it and tried to cover up the odor. Only room I could get due to convention Not bad for the price. I usually stay in Hamptons or Holiday Inn Express but could not find a room due to convention in town. I would stay at this location again if necessary

Nice stay over while relocating to area Was under renovation at time of my stay... but was not an inconvenience. Continental breakfast could be improved (more selection would be nice). Overall had a positive experience. Would stay again. In a good area, Walmart, Target and restaurants close by.
better than ordinary 5 star hotels fully satisfied!
