Repeat Business I chose Candlewood Suites mainly because of its location, convenient to the place I was visiting as well as good restaurants. For me this was my second stay at this particular hotel. Repeat business is a sure sign of satisfaction--if you don't like a place the first time, it's almost a sure thing that you won't like it the second time. The hotel is quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-run. I will continue to use Candlewood Suites when I visit North San Antonio again.

Great for a quick stay. Loved that it had kitchenette, very convenient. I only wished one of the two full-size beds in the room would of been a queen-size, needed the x-tra space after a long day...Other than that, very nice.

Nice - You get what you pay for. The Hwy leading to the hotel was congested and confusing, but once we got there, we found a quiet place on top of a hill with shopping areas all around. The noisy bar that others had reported was gone. Since it is an extended stay hotel, house keeping staff is limited and they were still working on our room when we arrived. Best Hotel Stay Ever! It was a great home away from home experience. Friendly staff, comfortable room and greatly appreciated amenities and the kids loved swimming in the pool! The view was wonderful from the 4th floor too! The only bad thing I can say about it is how slow the elevator is, being there is only one, but if you're not holding a basket of laundry it's not a big deal ;)
