Bed's in the rooms need's to be better The only serious complaint is about bed's quality. If this improves my overall rating would be 5, considering location and price.

Sleep in quiet on top of a big hill I'm a priority club platinum member (for better or worse....too much business travel). Left Marriott last year for ICH properties. Coolest thing abou this property is that it is in the newest part of SA and is on a hill 250' above the highway traffic noise. It is a nice sit outside and the staff is always available. Call for best deal, they are brand new and will give best deal over the phone.

Very nice Clean, new hotel. Great exercise room. Full laundry. Complete kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, kitchen sink and dinnerware, utensils, etc. Only drawback-refrigerator was somewhat loud. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Candlewood Suites Stone Oak Area The air conditioner was extremely loud and did not seem to be in sync with the thermostat which made the room hot or cold, nothing constant. Of course in 100 + degree weather there can be some glitches. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful and provided us with a pleasant experience. Convenient highway access. Comfortable clean room and very quiet even right next to the main desk area Reserved three rooms for a family wedding with irregular arrivals. Hotel staff accomodated late arrival without any problem. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. A hairdrier (which WE dropped) was quickly replaced when getting ready - no scary delays.
