OK location. Needs a facelift. We stayed here 3 nights while getting some work done on our house. Chose this since we wanted a place to cook meals. Nice that it is on a quiet street but still pretty noisy like they did a poor job soundproofing the walls. Facility is also a bit old and could use new carpets, etc. The complimentary breakfast consists of granola bars, muffins, and coffee.

Beware of the smoking floor Once a year I like to stay in Morgan Hill for one night before heading to San Jose the next day for a conference. I am trying to find a decent priced hotel in the area for a very quick one night stay. This year I tried the Extended Stay because I have never been disppointed with one. This review is quite biased because it is based on one main fact, that they put me in a level 3 room which turned out to be an entire level of smoking rooms. Utterly generic This is an utterly generic hotel without one feature to praise or deride. There are not really any good hotel choice around Morgan Hill and this one served acceptably for a one night business trip. It was clean, even reasonably quiet for a hotel right off the freeway. The desk staff were efficient if not particularly welcoming. I avoided what looked like a completely processed grab and go continental breakfast. I would return, but not with any enthusiasm.

Hotel was disappointing. Room A/C-heater blew cold air only for the first 3 days. Lobby not always very clean. Had to ask for a hair dryer, when most rooms have one already in the room. Nothing in the kitchen-not even paper towels, dishes, coffee pot, etc. without asking for it.

Great. Stay after work is done The cleanliness was very nice and the staff was very courteous. Slept incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was extrodinarily good for a continental breakfast. Price good and so on

Our stay was good and comfortable except that they do not even provide a hanger for clothes,which should be there and customers do not have to ask for it.
