Staff not understanding about changes
Está muy bien ubicado
Clean and friendly staff.
Great hotel. Room was super clean. Seemed under staffed as it took a while for me to get a new tv remote after mine wasn’t working, but staff were polite, and great stay overall.
Overall good hotel; only thing I didn’t like was bath towels - not clean and not of good quality.
My wife and were in Napa, we recieved a call from the property asking if we're checking out, this was our first ight of a 3 day reservation,
It was pretty cheap and I thought it would be dirty and old. But it wasn’t that bad. It’s also not an 5 star hotel. So not bad for the price
