Bed just plain hard. Most everything about the hotel was great. Good location, clean room. BUT...honestly, the bed was so hard we both woke up restless and sore. And we like firm beds! It's the one achilles heel that would keep us away in the future!

No weekend breakfast I was expecting continental breakfast based on the amenities. Apparently, the continental breakfast is only available Mon-Fri. (read the small or omitted print)

It Was OK for Our Needs We were OK once we got into the hotel, but there is only one (1) luggage cart for the entire hotel. Because this was the beginning of a nearly 2-week trip for us (to other states), we had a lot of luggage. We were not only taking a road trip, we were seeing an opera and then (in CA) attending our niece's wedding. So, we needed to have our dressy clothes along. And shoes. Hotel was nice, service, not so much. When we reserved online, we reserved for 2 queen beds in our room. When we went to check in, they informed us that they had overbooked and we had to stay in a room with one queen bed and a hide-a-bed. After we went upstairs to our room, we had no bedding or pillows for the hide-a-bed. We called downstairs and asked them about it, and instead of bringing us bedding, they made us go down to the lobby at midnight to get it ourselves and put it on ourselves. We were not very happy.

Will stay there again when in the area Great value for the money staff was very friendly and helpful. For our needs just a clean place to sleep and shower when not out and about in was ideal. Location was great for our needs easy in and out

Basic hotel didn't even come with the basics The rooms were okay, but so ill-stocked we had to keep making runs to the front desk for basics like sheets, pillows, cups, etc. The entire hotel was out of shampoo...who ever heard of such a thing? No breakfast on weekends...again, who ever heard of such a thing as continental breakfast "sometimes"? The pool was enjoyable and warm but there was a dog and smokers by the pool violating hotel policies that the hotel employees chose to ignore making it much less enjoyable for the res... read more

Hotel by McDonalds Overall not a bad hotel. I did have to ask for maintenance to come up and unclog both the bathtub and the kitchen sink. They did but left the dirty knife they used to unclog the sink with. I stopped by and let them know they accidently left it and was told they would come get it but maintenance never did. Also TV never got the local channels. They had recently had them reprogrammed and I told them it still said "channel not available" but no one fixed it-irritating. But the hotel fit our needs.
