Un-showered Shower was broken!! They offered to change rooms as I was checking out... No OK!!!

The only problem was theres a dirty sock infer neath the bed. The tub was a bit dirty and front desk was rude

Booking I booked a smoking room but when I got to check in was told they disnt have any more. After letting them know that was the reason I booked at that hotel and was unhappy then they found a room that was open and was going to charge me more for it.... then I showed my reservation and that it was for a smoking room at that price (around 74$) and then they gave it to me. Clean The location was very good for my commute to work. Nothing special otherwise. Bare bones. Need to ask for coffee pot and plates and cups at the front desk.

Bathtub had lots of hair in it. They need to double check that. No hair dryer. Otherwise nice. Coffee bar. Breakfast bars and cereal packets in lobby is all Price was great.

They where replacing the carpet and the whole building smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The staff was friendly and super helpful and the room was clean so no complaints there.

Room conditions Staff should pay more attention to keep kitchenette area and room walls clean. Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag when we checked in. I think smoking should be prohibited in hotels, this is public place and customers safety is priority.
