ups and downs I was happy with my stay but a small mishap occured but I was given a new room which I was pleased with. I did however not like the road construction that blocked the driveway to the hotel. At checkin i was given a note that said they would allow hotel customers to come and go which was not so. I was waiting for 3hrs to exit the drive way. I dont feel this is mostly on the hotel but the management should have talked to them about it. People that had checked out had to stay around because of the construction.

Good experience. We were expecting a much smaller room with fewer amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

No ice makers, the ice that in the rooms was old only two ice trays only one had ice. other than that it was great.

we needed a place for the night and were going to check out at 5:30AM so for it suited our needs for that purpose

自由に・・・ 長期滞在可能でキッチン，アイロン，ドライヤー等がついているので，普通に生活できますね．歩いて数分のスーパーで買い出しして夕食等できるのはよかった．周辺もお店が比較的あり便利な場所でした．長期滞在とエコということで8日以上の宿泊でない場合は希望しない限りベッドメーキングやタオルの交換は無いので（フロントに行けば新しいタオルと交換してもらえる），自由に過ごせるという点もよかったですね．強いてあげると，朝食がもう少し充実しているとよいですね．

Everything was clean and tidy. They had movies to rent for only one dollar which we did. I was pleased to have a bathtub in the room as well. The only thing I would criticize is having to pay for laundry services, other than that everything was great.

Very good Clean and pleasant room. Shower pressure was perfect. Bed was too soft, but everything else was perfect.

Awesome value! We have stayed in many hotels in both Canada and the US as we travel coast to coast to visit family, and Extended Stay America offered a room with a small kitchen, table, sofa & recliner. It was comfortable and very affordable. They offered a small continental breakfast which was a bonus for the price. The room was clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant.
