Great location, staff was nice but there were policies that made it feel impersonal: flight was late so had to check in after midnight but couldn’t get into room until hour after because of computer system audit? They need to update system. Stayed 13 days and asked to clean room just once but they said they could not unless we paid $10 extra because they clean only after 14 days? Carpet in room and hallway was old and worn. They need to remodel.

Staff was vary nice
was a nice room very clean and comfortable very nice shower for disabled I enjoyed my stay for thanks giving would recommend to anyone for sure extended stay is the place to be and the price was great thanks extended stay thank you

Parking was full, hard to find a disabled spot close to entrance. Day staff excellent. Night staff interesting. When I arrived, I was on crutches, I checked in before I dropped my friends off. I’ll let them know that I was just checking in real quick cause it was so late and I handed him them. My ID comment they weren’t doing anything. They said well we need everybody’s ID.
