Room not available upon arrival. Our room had been given to another guest who complained of no air conditioning. We traveled from Michigan to Seattle with our daughter and son-in-law. Calls were made to other hotels but nothing available. We agreed to the room with the consideration that compensation would be made. It was inconvenient, but we did not find a problem with the room. Extended Stay gave us two nights complimentary for waiting while the desk clerk cleaned the room that the other guest refused.

Nice motel in Lynnwood, Washington It is a nice facility. It had everything I needed except they do not do wake-up calls.

The hotel is close to my children’s house. Otherwise it doesn’t offer anything unique or special to me.

No ice machine, wi-fi was down entire 4 days we were there. They advertised a “continental breakfast”. What a joke. Muffins in pre packaged bag. Disappointing stay.

Late check in can be hard but I expected that since my flight arrived around midnight. They worked it out quickly.
