No ice machine, wi-fi was down entire 4 days we were there. They advertised a “continental breakfast”. What a joke. Muffins in pre packaged bag. Disappointing stay.

Late check in can be hard but I expected that since my flight arrived around midnight. They worked it out quickly.

Disappointing we were disappointed in this hotel. No ice machine--we were told to go across the street to Whole Foods. There were no dishes in the room. You had to request them.

To ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. Overpowering aroma of pot despite nonsmoking hotel

The start of my stay was a little annoying. The computer for check in was locked so it took a good half hour to get checked in but all in all it was a pleasant experience
