Good location, nothing fancy but comforatble When I checked in at the front desk the girl (Renia) was good and helpful even though she said she was in training. The room was quite basic but clean. I am quite pleased with the fridge and cook top. When I didn't want to go out for dinner I just picked up some gorcery from a food store nearby and made my own dinner in the room. Overall I found it quite pleasing if you are not looking for any fancy stuff. I will re-book it again on my next trip.

Eh.. Staff not immediately helpful. They had better things to do than to at least acknowledge your presence. Got a call early in the morning about some smoke alarm they received (there are signs everywhere about their obsession w/ smoking in the rooms) yet I did not have a smoke alarm going off in my room... So do they get notified before the guests? That seems super safe. The shower's water pressure was like being peed on and the water never even got hot. You get what you pay for I guess.
When I checked in, I was given a room which had already been assigned to another patron. I had not started to unpack, so we went to the front desk to solve the issue. On the last day of my stay, I was packing up my stuff and looked under the bed to ensure nothing had been kicked under it. I found four pieces of trash from some other occupant. The morning hotel staff wasn't very friendly upon checkout, The bedding/comforter was dirty and the shower fixtures weren't properly secured to the wall.

Not terrible. Expensive pet fee Room was not bad but shower was a luke warm light mist. Also had very loud neighbors. Had a small dog and pet fee was 25 dollars per night.

One Bed Short Had a room reserved for 2 beds. Arrived after a long day of work and was given a room with only 1 bed. Had to sleep on the floor as there was not a bed for me. Was told I would get refunded due to their mistake when I told them that night then in the morning the front desk told me they would not do any refund and got an attitude with me. I hate complaining but this was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after this experience.
