Understanding it was New Years Eve, I tried to be patient while the excited man celebrated by screaming and playing loud music at 5pm. The poor young man spent several hours running back and forth asking him to please be quiet. Why didnt he just get asked to leave for the 5 hours he celebrated? It was close to both Interstate 90 and 405, making it easy and quick to get to Harborview Hospital, where my husband had back surgery.
