Wooded and exactly what I needed! The "breakfast included" is to say the least misleading, where breakfast is coffee and coffemate with a few granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal besides paper cups! It doesn't fit with the otherwise quality ambiance. On the other hand, I realize it is an extended stay environment, so perhaps most people use their kitchenettes for breakfast prep.
