Not bad on a budget Staff was nice, let us check in early. The room was very basic, and it had signs of wear.

Would probably stay again Not a bad hotel. Would have liked to have a wake up call, because I don't like relying on an alarm clock that I am not familiar with. Could have had more towels and wash cloths..

Needs Improvement The hotel staff was nice. You can expect your room to reflect the price. The air conditioner barely worked. The pillows were as flat as pancakes - had to go to the office & request two additional ones. No additional blanket or suitcase stand in room. The door didn't seal shut so you could see under it. Also be aware that this hotel is VERY close to I-5 so it was noisy. Was suprised to learn that you have to pay for room service if you want clean towels. great room for the money For the most part everything was good. The bed was a little hard for me but not bad. More tv channels would have been nice. Also the comforter had a weird smell to it.

Lost in Seattle We were lost for over an hour trying to find this hotel. Being a visitor to town and trying to follow Google directions and the directions provided by the hotel were quite the challenge. Upon arrival - an hour after check-in time - we were told that they were under-staffed, had no rooms ready, and to please come back in an hour.

You get what you pay for Hotel was not bad, room was ok. We didnt have any towels in the bathroom. Called the office and they wanted me to come and get them. You would have thought they'd be happy to bring them up wouldnt you?! Bed was hard as a rock. I chose this hotel because it was very close to an event I attended and the price was right. All and all, it satisfied my needs for one night, but will consider a different hotel next time.
