Discussing hotel and service Front desk staff was extremely rude and non accommodating, when arrived to my floor there was a heavy scent of Marijuana, there where no cookwear, dishes glasses, coffee maker, coffee, glasses or silverware in the room as it was described in the add, they did move me to another floor after I complained about the stench of Marijuana. Should change the name Extended Stay leads you to believe, and the photos ,that you would have a working kitchen. There were no plates no glasses no utensils absolutely nothing in the kitchen when I say nothing I mean nothing!! the comforter on the bed was extremely thin and worn the hotel staff had an attitude of little concern
Quality has gone down Used to like Extended Stay, but very disappointed this time. The restroom towels looked dirty and had stains. There was only a tiny bottle of shampoo, but no conditioner or body lotion. The breakfast shouldn't even be called "breakfast". Totally didn't worth the money.
Unextended stay America is what it should be called!
Never staying at another Extended Stay in NJ My stay at Extended Stay America in New Jersey is one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When my fiancé and I first arrived, we immediately noticed how short and rude the receptionist came off when checking us in. She simply asked me for my card and ID, didn't speak following this request, and handed me back a room key with no additional information (breakfast, WiFi password, etc.). One of the worst Place felt like a family shelter. Bed was like a see saw very unaccomadating.

Lazy staff Stayed for a week. EVERY morning the breakfast coffee were empty. THE staff at the desk just sat behind the counter watching guests attempting to fill cups from empty coffee pots without saying a word. I asked the staff if they have coffee. SHE got up and grabbed a pot. So strange. This was the case most mornings.
Good rate, get what you pay for No housekeeping done. Breakfast consist of cold muffins and granola bars. Nothing else
