Comfortable and convenient . Kitchen was a nice plus.

It does the job Its a straightforward hotel. Decent in all areas, clean, regular comfy, smells ok, convenient location, affordable; it does the job. I would recommend to anybody whos coming out of state to visit NY, those who are going to the Giants & Jets games, concerts, etc at metlife.

Do not set over expectations about this property. It is an average quality standard location based on cleanliness and facilities they provide. Don’t expect that a freeze in your room has water available, you have to call them or go downstairs to get a box of facial tissue, they do not provide housekeeping service for free if you are staying lesser than 7 days, and the list goes on. The front desk receptionist could have been just a bit friendlier; customer service is what generates profits for any company. She needs to understand that as a receptionist, in that moment, she is the face Extended Stay America Suites
