I’ve enjoyed a two week stay here and everything; the price, the rooms, the service has been awesome! The rooms are quite large in comparison to similar long-term stay hotels. Every single front desk employee I’ve met has been so helpful and kind. The location is perfect for events at Met Life stadium. Highly recommend!

Our entire stay has been great—comfortable, clean, and well-managed. Everyone has been so nice and helpful, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mildred at the front desk in particular. She’s always kind, professional, and goes above and beyond—not only greeting guests with a smile but also helping with things like laundry without a single complaint. Her hard work and warmth truly make a difference and are so appreciated.

Have been staying for about a week so far here and it’s the best experience I have had at an Extended Stay hotel. Specifically Jose has been truly helpful and has shown superior customer service to me and my family. He checked us in and helped us with everything we needed from the get go and ever since check in he and everyone I have met here at the hotel have gone out of their way to help us. Before I even checked in, I ran into a major issue: I urgently needed to use the restroom after traveling, but was told there are no public restrooms in the lobby. When I asked for help, one staff member actually suggested I relieve myself near the dumpster behind the hotel — which was not only shocking but completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Smells like must and cigarettes. Found roaches and bedbugs. Free breakfast is literally just old coffee and one or two muffins. Rooms are disgusting. Do not bring your family here. Honestly the health inspector needs to get involved. Also, the elevators rarely work. For $130+ a night, this hotel sucks. And management keeps replying to poor reviews but not fixing anything. Do better!
