Most staff were generally pleasant if not particularly motivated. The one man, however, was consistently hostile and obnoxious.

Improvement needed First room smelled like an ashtray. Room was immediately switched. Second room was next to a family w loud children and crying infant. Walls not too thick. Day shift manager was a bit rude. She was also not attentive to the front desk when needed. The man at night was great tho.

I LOVED that my room had a small kitchen, it REALLY comes in handy when you have kids with you
