Fantastic It was fantastic. It offered me a home away from home at half the price of a traditional hotel. The staff was available and helpful, without being pushy.
Good with exception The room and service was great however I did pay for a king but the hotel had already booked my room so I was moved to a 2 double bed room.
Great for the price Eveything was great. Location is excellent. Staff was very friendly. Only down point was a weird smell in the hallway.
I'd go back. I was let in by a man that took very good care of me and took all steps that were necessary to perform the check-in thoroughly. He took his job serious and that made me feel like more comfortable. The parking is a little lacking, but other than that the hotel was very nice and at a great price.
Everything was good but missed the southern charm Nobody was rude just not really friendly either.
Great location, great room Service was a little unpleasant at first; we were told the room we had was "taken" so we ended up with a handicap room instead. No problem though. Room was nice, comfy bed, outside view was obstructed by a huge wall though. Hotel is literally a right turn away from the mall, less than 1 minute to get there.
Good location; very clean hotel I was very irritated upon check-in as I had confirmed a non-smoking room and they informed me there were none available. I'm asthmatic and a smoking room is a problem. It was 10:00 at night so I decided to use the smoking room. It actually wasn't too bad. The hotel is clean and even on the smoking floor the odor isn't too bad. The value is very good for this location and even though they got off to a terrible start I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.

Basic very basic. The extended stay was fine. It was no-frills and very utilitarian, nothing to write home about. It was clean and convenient.
